Our Flexible Spa Policy
The SkinToneMe Guarantee was established to reinforce our commitment to providing the best waxing service to all our clients. If we are unable to remove all the hair during your appointment due to shaving, uneven hair growth, or unforeseen circumstances, we encourage you to come back within 3 days for a touch-up to remove any hair that was missed.
SERVICE GRACE PERIOD POLICY
If you suspect that you may not be able to make it to your appointment on time, we kindly ask that you get in touch with us. Generally, we allow a grace period of 5 minutes.* However, if you happen to exceed this timeframe, we may need to arrange for a different appointment to avoid causing any inconvenience to other clients. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we will make every effort to assist you.
*During holiday rush and spring break, we kindly request that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment and no later than the scheduled time.*
DEPOSIT POLICY
To confirm your appointment, we kindly request a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance. In the event of a cancellation or failure to attend the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in enabling us to uphold our schedule and provide efficient service to all our clients.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that things come up. SkinToneMe Wellness Spa has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If the appointment is not canceled within 24 hours, a non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged.
